I recently had the pleasure of working with the Ryan Hartt and Angela Marie sales team.  I was super impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism they both displayed throughout the course of selling my condo and then finding me a new home.  I was in a tough spot where I had a new family and desperately need out of my small condo.  Ryan and Angela quickly assisted with getting my place staged and sold my place shortly after in what was a pretty dead market.

In this day of the internet when you can search the MLS yourself I wasn’t sure of the value in a realtor; man I was wrong!  In the end the home I ended up buying was one I would never have shortlisted based on the photos on the MLS.  Ryan is  an expert in the Pitt Meadows area and insisted I look at the property.  In person the home he found me showed pride of ownership and proved to be a perfect fit for me and my family.  Ryan was also an adept negotiator, getting the place for well below asking price and basically told me in advance how the negotiations would go...and he was right!
